Questions about pricing
Do we pay anything now?
No. Billing isn’t open yet, and every workspace gets Team free while we launch. We’ll tell you in the app and by email at least 30 days before paid plans start, and you can always stay on Free.
How will billing work?
Team is priced per person in the workspace: $8 a month billed yearly, or $10 billed monthly. You’ll pay only for people who have joined; invites are free until they’re accepted. There is no minimum number of seats, and someone added mid-term is charged only for the rest of it.
Is Free really free?
Yes, with every feature. A Free workspace holds up to 5 people, 3 active projects and 1 GB of files. Personal tasks are unlimited.
What happens when we reach a limit?
Nothing stops working. Once limits apply, you just can’t add a 6th person, a 4th active project or files past 1 GB until you archive a project, free up space or move to Team. You’ll be able to try Team free for 14 days without a card.
What happens if we cancel, or a trial ends?
Your workspace goes back to Free. Nothing is deleted or locked. If you’re over the Free limits, everything that’s there keeps working, but you can’t add more until you’re under them.
Can we cancel any time?
Yes. When billing opens, a monthly plan will end at the end of its month and a yearly plan at the end of its year. The billing and refund terms will say exactly how refunds work before anyone is charged.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or schools?
Yes: 50% off Team when billing opens. Write to us through the contact form from your organisation’s address.
Can I take my data with me?
Always, on every plan. Export a project as a spreadsheet (CSV) or as JSON, or download the whole workspace as a backup (the workspace owner). Your content is yours.
Which currency? Is VAT included?
Prices are in US dollars. When billing opens, VAT or sales tax will be added at checkout where it applies, and businesses will be able to add a VAT ID.
Can I pay in the iPhone or Android app?
No. When billing opens, you’ll subscribe on the web, and the apps unlock Team as soon as it’s active.
Do you have an enterprise plan?
No. Pinok is built for teams of 2–20. If you’re much bigger, write to us and tell us what you need.
